Wagner's is wonderful! I had my wedding reception there. The staff is very helpful prior to the event with getting all the details in place ahead of time, allowing for set up the day prior, and making the reception planning as stress free as possible. The day of, the hall looked beautiful! The set up and dynamic of the room flowed so well. The staff is very professional but fun and friendly at the same time.

I have been DJ'ing Wedding Receptions in a multitude of Wedding/ Banquet Halls over the years and have seen the good and the bad relating to food, professionalism of running the business and decor of these wedding/banquet halls. I cannot say enough about Wagner's of Westlake. Susan and Mary, the Event Coordinators, will take care of everything and they know how to make a Wedding Reception a huge success. The food is fantastic! I would highly recommend Wagner's of Westlake to anyone looking for a great place to have a Wedding Reception or other event.

Wagner's did a terrific job @ my daughter's wedding ceremony & reception. Both rented rooms were elegantly decorated & the food, alcohol & customer service was beyond exceptional ... couldn't have been a better event for all that attended. Wagner's Mary Crawford was very attentive & accommodating to all of our requests & she also did all of our flowers which were over-the-top beautiful. The wedding ceremony & reception was an absolute success ... don't go anywhere else except Wagner's for world-class service & entertainment events ... they're simply the very best around!!! FIVE STAR elegance & service!!!

From inquiring information to the end of our reception, working with Shaiann and her team was amazing. Shaiann and her team made everything so easy for us. They were very responsive and communicated well through it all. Everyone was so attentive to details and very flexible! The bridal suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The set up for the ceremony and reception was perfect! The staff made sure to fill and replenish cookies and cake for our cookie table. The food and service was excellent! Everyone who assisted with the planning, rehearsal and day of the wedding were great to work with!

We truly enjoyed having our special day at Wagner's. The staff was so accommodating, always there for questions and to ease nerves, and very professional but personable. Our day truly could not have gone any smoother. The room we chose was able to be transformed into our boho dream wedding venue with our decor. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Wagner's on 10/01/2022. Shaiann and her team were Amazing. She was responsive to all emails throughout the whole process and very accommodating. I did not need to hire a wedding coordinator, because they were there every step of the way. We were able to go in the day before the ceremony to decorate and come in the next business day to pick up our stuff, so we did not feel rushed to leave what so ever! Also, the food was amazing and in house. Everything was what I wanted and imagined and all for an amazing price. I highly recommend this venue for whatever you need.

We selected Wagner's of Westlake for our annual symposium as the event center has multiple break-out session rooms to accommodate large and small groups. They are able to provide food and beverages onsite at an affordable price to accommodate our budget. The venue is easy to access from the highway and parking is convenient for all of our participants.

Wagners of Westlake was the perfect venue for our wedding!! Shaiann and the team are awesome communicators. The food was fantastic, and the catering staff was so nice. Perfect place for a wedding in the West-Cleveland area! We did both our ceremony and banquet here, and were very happy with everything - the service, the food, the location, and the pricing. Shaiann was super friendly, helpful, and responsive in helping us plan everything remotely (since we live quite far away). Service the day of was also very attentive and helpful (fixing our cake topper after a small piece broke off!), and everyone enjoyed the buffet food. Pricing with the various packages made that part very simple & transparent, but we still had plenty of flexibility for special requests. Can only recommend

The food, staff, convenient location, and professional level that you operate at makes it a real pleasure each and every time we perform there. When one of our contracted couples tells us they are either looking at hosting or have already booked at Wagner's, we always tell them what an outstanding choice it is.
